Prof. Dr. Md. Mamun Habib is a Professor & Head of the Management Department at the School of Business & Entrepreneurship (SBE), Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB). Dr. Habib is the Visiting Scientist at the Dept. of Industrial Engineering of the University of Texas –Arlington, USA. He is also a Visiting Professor at Unirazak, Malaysia and UCSI, Malaysia; PUP, Philippines; Beijing Wuzi University, China; and Universitas Ciputra, Indonesia. Currently, he is supervising Ten (10) Ph.D. scholars locally and internationally, and eleven (11) Ph.D. scholars have been awarded earlier. As a Ph.D. examiner, he has several Ph.D. involvements with UUM, UNIRAZAK, AIMST, UNITAR, UNISEL, UPM, Asia e University (AeU), Malaysia; Assumption University of Thailand; Institute for Technology and Management (ITM) – University, Birla Institute of Technology (BIT)–Deemed University, National Institute of Technology (NIT), SOA University, Chitkara University, Aligarh Muslim University, India; University of the Assumption, Philippines. He has more than 22 years of experience in teaching, training, workshops, consultancy, and research. Dr. Habib published over 250 research papers, including Conference Proceedings, Journal articles, and book chapters, books. Among them, about 75 articles are WoS and Scopus Indexed.

Zi-Ke Zhang. Professor, Deputy Director of the Digital Communication Research Center, Zhejiang University.His main research interest lies in computation-driven complex social systems. He has presided over a series of key research projects. He is the recipient of the Second Prize of the Natural Science Award of the China Computer Federation (CCF) (with the First Prize vacant) and other honors. In recent years, he has been selected as an Excellent Teacher of Zhejiang Province.He also holds concurrent academic positions, such as Secretary-General of the Complexity Science Research Association and Standing Director of the Special Committee on Intelligent and Computational Communication of the Chinese Association for the History of Journalism and Mass Communication.

Zang Wenke, Ph.D., is a professor and doctoral supervisor. He serves as the vice dean of Meigu College and the director of the E-commerce Department at Shandong Normal University. He was a visiting scholar at the College of Business and College of Science at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) from 2015 to 2018. He is an expert in the evaluation of degrees and postgraduate education at the Ministry of Education’s Degree Center, a senior member of the China Computer Federation, a council member of the Shandong Computer Society, a council member of the Computer Teaching Professional Committee of the Shandong Higher Education Society, a Shandong Province science and technology expert, a Shandong Province industrial and information technology expert, a high-level talent in Jinan City, a “Distinguished Youth” of Shandong Normal University, an outstanding postgraduate supervisor of Shandong Normal University, and the “Business Intelligent and Data Minig” outstanding mentorship team for postgraduates at Shandong Normal University. My main research areas include management engineering, intelligent computing, machine learning, and data mining. In recent years, I have published over 30 papers in top journals such as Information Sciences, Future Generation Computer Systems, and Neurocomputing.

Dr. Xiangjie Kong is currently a Full Professor and Vice Dean in the College of Computer Science & Technology, ZhejiangUniversity of Technology (ZJUT), China Previously, he was an Associate Professor in School of Software, Dalian University of Technology (DUT), China, where he was the Head of the Department of Cyber Engineering. He is the Founding Director of City Science of Social Computing Lab (The CSSC Lab) (http://cssclab.cn/). He is/was on the Editorial Boards of 6 International journals. Dr. Kong has authored/co-authored three books (in Chinese). He has contributed to the development of 24 copyrighted software systems and 30 filed patents. He has an h-index of 56 and i10-index of 169, and a total of more than 12000 citations to his work according to Google Scholar. He is named in the 2019 – 2025 world’s top 2% of Scientists List published by Stanford University. He is named in the 2022-2024 Best Computer Science Scientists List published by Research.com. Dr. Kong received IEEE Vehicular Technology Society 2020 Best Land Transportation Paper Award, IEEE CSCWD 2024 Best Paper Award, and The Natural Science Fund of Zhejiang Province for Distinguished Young Scholars. He has been invited as Keynote Speaker at more thant 10 international conferences, and delivered a number of Invited Talks at international conferences and many universities worldwide. His research interests include big data, network science, and computational social science. He is a Distinguished Member of CCF, a Senior Member of IEEE, a Full Member of Sigma Xi, and a Member of ACM.

Zhang Qingmin, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a PhD and is an associate professor, graduate advisor, quality award reviewer, and vice chairman of the National Quality Management Engineering Professional Joint Committee. He graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Hubei University of Automotive Technology in 1998. After graduation, he worked at the Shandong Jining CNC Equipment Factory. In 2004, he obtained a master’s degree from the School of Mechanical and Engineering at Nanjing University of Science and Technology, and in 2009, he earned his doctoral degree from the School of Economics and Management at Nanjing University of Science and Technology. He has published more than 40 academic papers in journals such as Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems, China Population, Resources and Environment, Agricultural Technology Economics, Journal of Safety Science and Technology, Journal of System Simulation, and Shanghai Quality. Additionally, he has authored 4 academic monographs and has led or participated in more than 20 national, provincial, and municipal-level research projects.
